Maintenance Deferred No More

Sorely needed new rail for the East Wye in Ayer. The east rail in particular is in rough shape with the rail head peened over by countless wheel treads leaning into it. Some small slivers had fallen down into the ballast. Those squealing flanges have also taken a toll on on the inner edge of the rail head.
