L066 In Amherst

CSX ballast "Unit" train crossing Rt 122. Train picked up 14 loaded ballast hoppers from Granite State set out by Milford-Benninhgton and is heading back to Nashua. L066 brought up the empties last week.

This is a great series of shots about an interesting piece of railroad. I recently traveled in this area and could not help but think that there is more traffic potential here. Maybe the CSX marketing people can stir it up a little more.
