From Sunday, 10/27/2024 this was supposed to be the final day of revenue trains between Meredith and Lakeport.. But wait, there was more! The mild wonderful fall weather, allowed the Winni Scenic to extend the season, into the first weekend of November.

With the majority of businesses closed up for winter, including the MV Mount Washington, this was the one of the very few bastions of activity on Lakeside Avenue at the time,

The great weather brought out some people to the Boardwalk, but by late in the season, things were relatively quiet.

Here was the Noon train shoving north to Meredith.
