The times they are a changing. It wasn't that long ago one could photograph B&M power from this location, Millbrook Street overpass, then it was abandoned, and the weeds and brush took over. What's next.

Very provocative picture! It's not clear to me what the activity is but perhaps the contractor is re-building the formerly out of service track on the right to use as a shoo-fly while the main track is undercut to improve height clearance for NS double stacks? Also are the long items near the turnout ties or corrugated pipes?

Good question John. A little too far for me to tell from this location but I'll swing by here to check on the progress and maybe will have a better idea as time goes on.
