L066 MEC 5972 & CSXT 6152 by Cottage Street in Milford NHFrom 9/17/25, here was the L066 Crew taking MEC 5972s, CSXT 6152n, and 4 empties south past the landmark former Milford Freight House in Milford NH. Across the tracks is the former passenger station, that survives as an autobody shop.
The former freight house has undergone substantial maintenance & repairs over the past few years including a new roof, new doors, new windows, and more.
Conditions on the Hillsboro Branch have vastly improved over the past few years, seeing two engines together, including the big GE, have become more common.
