Framingham was an interesting railfan spot, what with the New Haven crossing the New York Central (B&A) and the old beautiful fully functioning Richardson depot. The New Haven had a small yard north of the B&A and on this quiet winter weekend ca.1964, 3 cabooses were in the yard presumably waiting for weekday local freights plying the branches to Fitchburg, Lowell and Mansfield.
