Ties are stacked and ready for placement on the Otis Industrial Track on the Massachusetts Military Reservation on Cape Cod. The Otis Transfer Station is just beyond this photo. The track is owned by the United States Government and used by Mass Coastal Railroad. Please note that access to this location is restricted to those who have access to the base.
