This MBCR Pettibone speed swing was spotted in downtown Framingham MA at 6 PM on 9/6/07 in the parking lot of the now abandoned B&A train station. The best guess on why it was there is that someone removed all of the iron fencing between the tracks at the station - presumably in preparation for the CSX tie replacement project.
