HSP-46 2008 (with a clean headlight casing!) departs Needham Heights pushing MBTA train 624 compass south toward Boston South Station. The direction to South Station is off to the left (ie, northeast) but inbound trains must head south for 1.5 miles before taking a hard left at Needham Jct to head for the NE Corridor track to Back Bay/South Station.
