These are the two engines working on the “T” laying cable as described by John Barlow in his recent post. The units were photographed by my friend Roger at Staunton Va at the Shenandoah Valley yard on the Buckingham Branch RR.\\r\
The units have just emerged from the paint shop, Roger said he could smell the new paint.
