The conductor on FI-1 walks back to get on the head end. On this day the power is ex D&H Alco C424. Does anybody know where this unit and the rest of the Guilford Alco’s ended up?

Visitor Comments about this Photo:

At least 4 of these ex-D&H C424m locomotives ended up on the Livonia, Avon, & Lakeville RR and Western NY & Pa and Bath & Hammondsport affiliates. As far as I can tell, MEC 451 became B&H 422 and was still operating in 2020. WNYP 421, LA&L 423 and 424 may also be still in operation but I'm not sure.
