Apparently just returned from rebuilding at Alstom in Hornell NY (the old Erie RR shops where Amtrak's new Avelias are to be built), Type 7 3709 pauses at Longwood on the Riverside line on Monday 3/25/19. Not only is the paint pristine, but the car has yet to be outfitted with any ads (or worse yet, a complete body wrap).
