Former Boston and Maine RR Tower ATower A across the Charles River from North Station. Does anyone know why the tower requires wooden bracing? The tower is surrounded by highway bridges. The latest bridge is the gray bridge on the left that almost touches the tower. This newest bridge is a pedestrian bridge that offers photographers a new vantage point.
