They got new power because they acquired the Milford Secondary from CSX so they can serve Blue Linx, and Garelick

I wonder if this means that they are soon getting approval to take over the Milford Secondary from Milford to Franklin? I've heard that this would lead to them shunting CSX freight and would require more units.

There is an article in a local newspaper that service from Milford to Franklin will begin in early February.

Precision Locomotive Leasing has said that these units are only at the G&U for installation of PTC equipment before going to work on Metro-North.
