Manafort Construction at work excavating / reconstructing the Falmouth Secondary line Bell road crossing in Bourne MA. Had stopped temporarily due to coming upon a electrical cable that was not on the project plan, currently awaiting a decision on that to proceed. Crossing is scheduled to be completed tomorrow 4/15/2023
