NECR 9537 waiting for rocks in Bethel, VT. Here is the NECR 9537 sitting by the old Beacon Feeds Mill in Bethel, VT. It's purpose that day was to haul rocks out to a portion of track that washed out between Bethel and Randolph. I might add that Larry LaRoque was running this operation..
