BSRR Northbound at Twin Lakes Road

Branford Steam Railroad (dieselized for more than 40 years) northbound with a train of empties approaching Twin Lakes Road crossing in North Branford, CT. The BSRR serves the Tilcon-Connecticut trap rock quarry in North Branford, moving up to 17 or 18 trains per day south to Pine Orchard, where the railroad serves a dock where the
stone is transloaded onto barges for shipment to Long Island, and also an interchange with Amtrak and Providence&Worcester.
