1949 GE 25 ton locomotive loaded on flat bed truck and ready for a move to the Griffin's Line in Hartford, CT. Locomotive has just received new brakes, installation of train air, horns and a sparkling new "New Haven RR." paint job. It was dubbed the #0825.
