NHN 1758 passing GE in Somersworth, NH

NHN 1758 at General Electric in Somersworth, NH passing a ballast regulator that was used two days ago to clear 2 feet of snow from the tracks from the Ossipee Pit to the main line in Rollinsford, NH. Just behind the engine is a backhoe being used by the NHN maintenance crew to clear snow at the switches.
They also were having a hard time getting the regulator to start to bring it back to Ossipee.
