What Risk?

In front of you shows the new railroad ties near the Memorial bridge in Augusta, Me. Someone is laying new ties/tracks because they were torn up during the Sanitation Dept. work last summer. I was told Safe Handling Rail will be using these tracks for frieght soon. If you stay on the rail trail to the left there is no Risk, the new tracks will be near the new retaining wall on the right. 35mm burned onto Cd.
