High-Speed Rail.. But When?

This shot shows the track that crosses Rt. 32 in Nobleboro, Me. This view is looking back toward Woolwich, Bath & Brunswick. Most of this rail from Brunswick on was restored/replaced in the past year. It is capeable of having trains travel up to 70Mph. There is suppose to be a high-speed Ferry coming to Rockland and passenegrs are suppose to be transported there by high-speed rail. When this all is suppose to happen is anyones guess.
