Sad Days

Truely a sad sight to any EMD fan a pile of B&M GP7's and 9's continue to be scrapped at the former B&M's Billerica shops. The worst part of it was many of these units had minor problems and should have been sold off to other operators.

Photographed by Dave Mohla, May 28, 1988.
Added to the photo archive by Matt Rooks, June 25, 2003.
Railroad: Boston & Maine.
