Guilford's doing exactly what it does best in this picture, SCREWING EVERYTHING UP!!!

If it's any consolation, the sections of the WSRR line that are in most need of work are still hundreds of times better than Guilford's mainline!

They stuck this thing right in front of the Wilton train station, directly across the street from the southern terminus of the Wilton Scenic railroad.
