A rare (for me anyway) visitor to St Albans from Montreal were the 5500 series GP38-2's. This was the best roster shot I ever got of one of these in this scheme. I guess you can tell I was a roster, rather than action, photographer in these early railfanning years. How I wish now I had taken more action shots on the road!
