The Connecticut Valley Railroad Museum's recently acquired ALCO RS-3 sits alongside the Valley RR's shop at Essex. The 529..er,138..er,529..WHICH is IT? Actually it's ex Amtrak 138, nee NH 529. And Cathy Hart just doesn't want to get involved.
