The bistro was clean and appeared to be well managed. There weren't many people on this trip this day, but the service was new, and business travelers hadn't yet figured out they could travel to downtown centers instead of outlying airports that would require more travel to get downtown... and September 11, 2001, was still nine months away. The express train arrived in Beantown at 11:33 a.m.
