The owner of the truck loaded his fishing boat into the back of his truck and backed in to his parking space at the lot in Dover, NH. He never thought to check that the boat extended over the tracks. A westbound GRS freight rendered the boat unseaworthy as it went by, and a short time later, Downeaster 680 is about to finish it off.
