PCC trolleys operate on the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority's Mattapan line. The first train leaves Mattapan at 5:05 a.m. weekdays and arrives at Ashmont 11 minutes later. All the trains operate with five-minute headways. The last train to arrive in the Boston 'burb is at 1:15 a.m. (Source: MBTA timetable).
