This loco qualifies as a "Northeast Rails" locomotive simply because it most likely did service on the N&W in the Buffalo/Great Lakes area. Kiss this 1980-era GE C-30 goodbye, it has long since been traded in on one of NS's huge fleet of CW 40 wide cabs...
