Amtrak P32 708

708 pulls into Amsterdam, NY. This was one of the earlier Phase III units to be overhauled and repainted. I believe that half of the phase III units should have been overhauled and given the Acela paint while the other half should have kept its stripes when overhauled. The Phase IV should have been left alone entirely.
