NYNHHRR-Cedar Hill Engine House ca. 1948

NYNHHRR-Cedar Hill Engine House ca. 1948. Steamer backing off the ash pit tracks. Shows the gantry crane over the ash pits. The coal pocket is just off to the right of the crane.
The round house is in the background. The little building in the foreground would be the puzzle switches shanty.
Sand tower to the left and gondola with sand.
I took the picture from the Lyman St. footbridge.

Photographed by Bob Lingane, February 2, 1948.
Added to the photo archive by Robert Lingane, March 14, 2005.
