A CSX track Foreman patiently waits as the NB dispatcher issues a form EC for the Loram rail grinder RG311 to back east from track 1 to track 11 tat CP 98 towards the B&M. Note provisions for fire control as the rail grinder is rather famous, for the wrong reasons, with may local Fire Deprtments.
