Approaching Thorndike, ME, on the B&MLRR

Approaching Thorndike, ME, (MP 21.4) heading toward Unity and Burnham Junction. The turnouts are for the dual sidings that serviced the now abandoned Penobscot Feeds plant seen in the distance on the left. The outer siding is now used to store several retired out of service cars. Unfortunately, there is currently no freight or passenger service running on this venerable135 year old line.
