CSX at Amsterdam, New York

CSX's Kellog's Job in Amsterdam stops at Vrooman Ave to hit the
switch and go south to the connection with the Chicago Line. The
Kellogs Branch used to continue North here where it served Sanford
Carpet Mills, Mohawk Carpet Mills and the Kellogg and Miller Linseed
Oil works. That's where the Kellogg in Kellog's Branch comes from, but CSX spells it "Kellog."

Photographed by Gino Dicarlo, September 23, 2005.
Added to the photo archive by Gino DiCarlo, September 24, 2005.
Railroad: CSX.
