Tie Crane sits opposite Groton Tower in Groton Ct. The track it is sitting on used to lead to the Groton Freighthouse. The freighthouse was out of use for years and deteriorating,it has since been moved to Willimantic Ct. and the Connecticut Eastern Railroad Museum where it has been restored.
