Underneath Trinity Church. We're inside the Boylston Street Subway outside of Copley Station inbound, as a PCC accelerates out of the station heading for North Station. The car will soon enter the Tremont Street Subway, the oldest subway in America. It's original construction from Park Street Station through Boylston Street Station, and out to the surface at the Public Garden, was opened in 1897. The following year would see the tunnel expanded northerly, through to the North Station entrance, the destination of this PCC car.
