Flying Yankee Open House - Close Up of the Front of the Unit

The front of the 1935 Budd product which the B&M named the Flying Yankee (This was the train's first and most famous name, it had several other names over the years. I remember it as the "Minuteman"). The train is enclosed in a large tent for restoration. The tent is necessary for preservation but limits photography.

Photographed by Bill McCaffrey, September 30, 2006.
Added to the photo archive by Bill Mccaffrey, October 1, 2006.
