THE LAST TURKEY TRAIN

Bangor & Aroostook GP38 # 97 had the honors of hauling the last Turkey Train through northern Maine, making its final stop at Northern Maine Junction on December 11, 1994. This would also be Amoskeag's last hurrah, and by March 17, 1995, the B&A would be owned by Iron Road Railways.
