Impediment to progress at MP24.1 The Work Train Crew comtemplates a minor obstruction at Milepost 24.1. The base of the tree and its remaining exposed root structure were encased in an ice flow, so with warmer weather expected this week, the crew decided to wait until next weekend to attempt removal.
