Bridge work, Shaws Cove New London Ct.. Much of the day is spent waiting, waiting for foul time. The trains have to run, so you stop and clear the line and wait, once the train passes you call for more time, maybe it'll be a couple hours, maybe 30 minutes, often times its 5 or 10 minutes at a time.
