Just needs a Tune-Up :)

Well this seems correct. This is Bow and where the coal train is usually parked, but why are these NS Coal Cars upside down on flatcars? As I found out, these two cars were involved in a derailment and were being sent out for scrap and turns out NEGS was the railroad who was sent to move them to Manchester for interchange. Someone told me these two cars were involved in a derailment at the N Chelmsford Wye.. Can anyone correct me?
