The second Downeaster 'Cabbage Car' NPCU 90220 to undergo a transformation to new Amtrak colors. Now NPCU 90213 and 90220 are the same scheme. This engine arrived in Portland on Friday and NPCU 90214 was headed west from Portland on Friday for its new paint job. Photo taken at the Dover Transportation Center.
