Soon To Be Three

A frigid morning in late February 2001 found a freshly recrewed AYMO out of Eagle Bridge just about to the crossing of Hunt Road in Buskirk, NY. On the lead of the westbound were SD26 615 and SD45 #684, two six packs not often assigned to the lighter intermodal jobs. Within a month, the #615 would find its way up to Waterville, ME, where it would never again return to service.

Photographed by Jeff Bray, February, 2001.
Added to the photo archive by Jeff Bray, May 16, 2007.
Railroad: Guilford (B&M).
