Maine Coast Scenic Train Rides....not really:(

Maine Coast Scenic Train Rides Boxcar on display at Burnham Juction, Maine. The Belfast And Moosehead Railroad put thse cars on display for people to view. Unfortunatly local vandals has spray painted and destroyed most of these cars. I actually rode on a Maine Coast excursion train in the summer of 1995 it went from Augusta to Richmond. This track is also the site of a excursion train derailment earlier this suumer. The train was lifted back on to it's side and headed back to Unity. Now the train can only come to the other side of Rt.100 and back down to Untiy. What a pain, a local resident said they paln on buliding a new siding/turn around soon. She also said the Excursion train comes up on this line at about 3p.m daily and the Pan Am service rail behind me sees service at about 12p.m/ a.m daily too.
