Guilford/Pan Am's LOED rolls thru Chelmsford, MA. Power on this train was provided by Norfolk Southern GE D9-40CW units #9952 and #9369. This train was originally "LOED" but the District 3 dispatcher started calling it "the other NMED". Very confusing.....
