March 17 turned out to be a bright and sunny day, so rather than sit in some dingy bar drinking green beer, I went out
and got some shots on the Branford Steam Railroad.
The BSRR services the Tilcon traprock quarry on Totoket
Mountain in North Branford, CT, taking the stone to the Amtrak/P&W interchange at Pine Orchard, and the company's pier where stone is barged to Long Island, NY.
