The Conrail office car special is seen emerging from State Line Tunnel at Canaan, NY in 1997.
The train is eastbound on the Boston & Albany.
The Conrail OCS, in its dark green Penn. RR-like
green, was very difficult to photograph during the summer months (green foliage background) , and especially on a cloudy day. If you weren't careful,
the train would come out underexposed. It happened to me on several occasions. But I was still learning at the time. Color print photo by John Bazan.
