St. Johnsbury, Vt.

This is a view of the St. Johnsbury yard, looking north. There have been a lot of improvements here in the last few years. The yard is in excellent shape, and once again there is a respectable amount of freight traffic on The Washington County. But, not quite like the past. The MEC, B&M, CP, St.JLC, LV, and most recently the New Hampshire and Vermont, all used to meet here. St. Johnsbury is a beautiful town, well worth a visit anytime.
