NHN in Rochester

The train pauses so that the Farmington spur switch can be thrown. Guilford owned,( and minimally maintained) the line south of this point, as well as the spur to Farmington. Around the time these photos were taken, the NHN bought the Guilford-owned segment and improved it. That's Suzy, my younger sister, who thought the whole chase was stupid and boring.
