#62 RS-1. First used on the Washington Union Terminal Railroad in Washington, DC. Purchased for service by the Wellsboro & Corning Railroad in 2007, and is an active locomotive. The RS1 bears the name Dave Dropkin. I am a bit puzzled becasue it also still shows the LV black diamond as well.
